Strict border control: cruise ships docking in China, Hong Kong or Macau 14 days prior to arrival barred from entry

On February 5, 2020, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) convened a meeting of experts to discuss border quarantine measures regarding cruise ships and made the following resolutions:
1.    The cruise ships on which passengers have been diagnosed with or suspected of being infected with 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) over the past 28 days prior to their arrival are prohibited from docking at the ports of Taiwan.
2.    The cruise ships which have docked in China, Hong Kong or Macau over the previous 14 days prior to their arrival are prohibited from docking at the ports of Taiwan.
